For those in the USA, I hope that you all have a Happy 4th of July! Fireworks were going off all last night in the neighborhood. People couldn't wait until tonight, so I didn't get a great nights sleep.
I started my day off at the gym for a good hour of cardio and some weights. I am feel good. I really missed the gym.

What a great start to the day! Talk about 'independence day'. Kudos to you, have a great week!
Hope you enjoyed your 4th as well. The fireworks werent to my way so I was able to get a great nights sleep.
