I worked out today and yesterday. Yesterday, I worked out at home following the Bottoms Up Workout by SeeJaneSweat (she is 43!!). It was the bomb, but I’m paying for it today. My butt and thighs are in pain, but it is a good pain.
Today, I went to the gym and did cardio (elliptical and bike). I don’t think I could have taken much more. My thighs and behind need to recover.
