    Ooh!! My favorite snack right now is usually some carrots & hummus. It's delish & always fills me up between meals when I need something small, but yummy. :-)

In order to lighten the load I transition to frozen yogurt, then shewrbert, then sorbet and now a sugar free ice pop does the trick! Thats like a 100 cal savings!!!
