Ooh!! My favorite snack right now is usually some carrots & hummus. It's delish & always fills me up between meals when I need something small, but yummy. :-)
1. Thanks for coming back, we've missed you. 2. Thanks for blessing us with a give away. 3. My swap is that I am an ice cream-aholic. In order to lighten the load I transition to frozen yogurt, then shewrbert, then sorbet and now a sugar free ice pop does the trick! Thats like a 100 cal savings!!!
