Okay you guys, although I have been MIA, I have a give away for those that are still visiting my blog.  It is for Yoplait Light (which I buy and love).   I’m a big yogurt fan and enjoy eating it for breakfast and a snack.  Since Yoplait Light is low in calories, it is a good alternative when trying to lose unwanted pounds.

Ooh!! My favorite snack right now is usually some carrots & hummus. It's delish & always fills me up between meals when I need something small, but yummy. :-)

    1. Thanks for coming back, we've missed you. 2. Thanks for blessing us with a give away. 3. My swap is that I am an ice cream-aholic. In order to lighten the load I transition to frozen yogurt, then shewrbert, then sorbet and now a sugar free ice pop does the trick! Thats like a 100 cal savings!!!
