Checking in after being away for a while. Lots of things have happened: I was asked to be a brides maid and had to purchase a dress; a possibility of a job in the near future, depending on how the situation works out (more on that later); and lots and lots of working out.
I have been working out about 5 days a week (sometimes twice a day). I love working out and missed it. Lots of people see it as a chore, but it makes me feel so much better. I see myself as an active person, I just want my body to match the image in my head.
My weight hasn’t changed. I did the low-carb thing for a week, but then I started eating fruit and had pasta. I know I need to get my food under control, drink more water and avoid eating out. I’m a work in progress. I have both good and bad days – eventually the good will outweigh the bad.
Okay, doing a Costco run with the family. They now have Chobani greek yogurt (love that stuff), but I hate the peach flavor that comes in the 12 pack. I’m not sure if I should get the pack. Maybe the hubby will eat the peach flavor. Gotta run, but will be back soon.
