It's Monday & Goal Setting!

I am feeling much, much better about getting myself back in gear.  I signed up for a 1/2 marathon in June (the Rock-n-Roll Seattle) and my exercise has gotten so much better! :-)  My husband thinks that it was a good idea to sign up for another race.  It gives me a goal to look forward to and I like setting goals!

Back into the groove…

I worked out today and yesterday.  Yesterday, I worked out at home following the Bottoms Up Workout by SeeJaneSweat (she is 43!!).  It was the bomb, but I’m paying for it today.  My butt and thighs are in pain, but it is a good pain.

Today, I went to the gym and did cardio (elliptical and bike).  I don’t think I could have taken much more.  My thighs and behind need to recover.

    Where are you?

    Sorry that I’ve been away.  There is no excuse, just that I have been focusing on getting my life together.  Still looking for a permanent job and trying to just get my eating and exercise under control again.  I have been so stressed lately with trying to sell our house (we got an offer) and trying to figure out where we go from here. 

    Anyway, for the past week I’ve had a cold so I haven’t felt like doing much of anything. I know, I’m such a big ball of fun!  LOL! 

    I vow to get back to blogging regularly.  I need something in my life to be consistent.  Hopefully things will change for the better, because I need it.
